Returns & Exchanges

At Demeter Fragrance Library, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scent experience; if a fragrance isn't quite right, you may return unopened or gently used products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure the glass bottles are protected during transit to our facility.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our library receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
